Thanks, It's strange there aren't many crossbowmen reenactors for XIII century. Here in italy too, we are actually the only group that have some crossbowmen, and soon probably we will add two more crossbowmen. Most of the crossbow are done from Enrico Ascani, an italian guy that live in Genola, province of Cuneo, Piedmont, North-West of Italy (near the south of france). At only some km from where I live (Savigliano).
We do a reenacment battle at Cassano D'adda (near Milan), about a battle of 1259 between the Guelph League of Azzo and Ezzelino III from Romano called the "tyrant". There were four knights riding horses too. It's impressive to see some knights charge you, they were only four but I was impressed about them.

I tried to do my best for my crossbowman from about three years of continuous improvement, but the other guys are novice crossbowmen, so their equipment is still from their infantrymen role and some details could not be convincing.
